What does the free trial include? ▼
The 3-day trial gives you full access to everything on the platform
— all 6 currently supported alert types plus the trading journal with Cloud Sync. No
credit card required to start.
What happens when my trial ends? ▼
You'll be prompted to choose the alert types you want and a journal tier. If you
don't subscribe, your account is paused — your data is kept safe and
you can resume anytime. Nothing is deleted.
Is the journal really free? ▼
Yes — the Local Journal is included free with any alert purchase and
stores your entries in your browser (IndexedDB), no account required
beyond your alerts plan. Cloud Sync is a separate $5/mo upgrade if
you want your journal backed up and available on every device.
Can I switch plans later? ▼
Yes, anytime. Add or remove individual alerts or upgrade/downgrade
your journal — changes take effect at the start of your next billing
period.
Is there a refund policy? ▼
We currently do not have a refund policy. Please make sure to make
use of the 3 day free trial to make an informed decision.
